Secure online exams for students and institutes.

TrustApt is the examination platform where coaching institutes run their own papers, and students can also sit exams published directly by TrustApt. Time, scoring, and certificates stay on the server — not in the browser.

Student registration

Enrol directly on TrustApt to take papers published by the TrustApt administrator. You can also join an institute exam if they gave you a code.

  • Name and email only — no institute account
  • Pick an open TrustApt exam, or enter an institute join code
  • Resume and view results with the same email
  • Download a certificate after the paper is scored

Institute registration

Create a workspace for your centre. You keep your own students, banks, branding, and reports. Nobody else can see them.

  • Official email + password, then a verification code
  • One email can own several institutes
  • Invite staff, import CSV question banks, schedule exams
  • Analytics PDF and individual result emails

What we do

TrustApt hosts live examinations: registration, timed papers, autosave, scoring, results, and certificates — for institutes and for students who come to us directly.

Live, timed papers

Start time, duration, and close time are enforced on the server. Rejoining never resets the clock.

Question banks

Institutes import CSV or Excel, including matching (List-I / List-II) items. Bank ids stay private to that institute.

Fair scoring

+1 for a correct answer, −0.25 for a wrong one. Rank is marks, then time taken, then earlier submit.

Certificates

Students download a TrustApt certificate. Institute reports name the registrar as Authorized Signatory.

Isolated institutes

Each coaching centre has its own students, logos, and results. Super admins can see the whole platform.

Direct TrustApt exams

The TrustApt administrator publishes papers on TrustApt Direct. Students who register here sit those papers.

How it works

  1. Register Students enrol on the portal. Institutes confirm their official email and create a centre.
  2. Publish a paper An institute — or the TrustApt administrator for direct students — uploads a bank and opens an exam.
  3. Sit the exam Candidates answer on any browser. Answers save continuously. Time does not restart after a disconnect.
  4. Results and certificates Marks are calculated on the server. Eligible students download a certificate. Institutes can email scores.

Built for examination integrity

Server-side clock

The deadline lives in DynamoDB. Closing the laptop does not pause or reset the paper.

Separate admin doors

Institute heads sign in at /institute. TrustApt super admins use /admin. Those accounts cannot swap doors.

Your data stays yours

Question banks, students, and results are keyed to the institute. Direct students sit only TrustApt Direct papers.
